    You can uninstall Envoy at any time from your Shopify admin panel under Apps. After uninstallation, your data is retained for 30 days in case you decide to reinstall. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

  • My invoices are not being generated. What should I do?

    If invoices are not being generated, check the operational log in your Envoy dashboard for any error messages. Ensure the app is still installed and has the necessary permissions. Verify that your invoice settings are properly configured and try placing a test order. If the problem continues, contact our support team and we'll help resolve it quickly.
